These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the k2gam platform, including all products, services, promotions, and content available at k2gam.net. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.
The following cards summarise the most important aspects of your agreement with k2gam. The full legal text follows in the sections below — these cards do not replace it.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use k2gam. CNIC-based age verification is mandatory. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately and funds returned in accordance with applicable procedures.
All transactions on k2gam are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit is PKR 100. Minimum withdrawal is PKR 500. Withdrawals require a verified account. k2gam charges no withdrawal fees — third-party provider fees may apply.
All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions, which are stated in the applicable promotion terms. k2gam reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time with reasonable notice.
Each player may hold only one registered account on k2gam. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. k2gam will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by failure to secure your account details.
k2gam provides deposit limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who self-exclude will be prevented from accessing k2gam services for the chosen duration. These tools are enforced at the system level upon activation.
Fraudulent activity, use of automated software, collusion, arbitrage betting strategies, and exploitation of system errors are strictly prohibited. k2gam reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and k2gam ("k2gam", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the k2gam website located at k2gam.net and all associated services, products, features, and content made available thereon (collectively, the "Platform").
k2gam operates the Platform under an international gaming licence. The Company's registered operations are subject to the regulatory requirements of that licence, including standards on fair play, responsible gaming, anti-money laundering (AML), and know-your-customer (KYC) compliance.
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager on k2gam, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the k2gam Platform.
These Terms apply to all registered users of k2gam, including players accessing the Platform from Pakistan using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any other supported payment method. Use of the Platform in any jurisdiction is solely at the player's own risk and legal responsibility.
To register an account and use the k2gam Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Restriction: It is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions for anyone under the applicable minimum age to gamble. k2gam uses CNIC verification to confirm age. Any account found to belong to an underage player will be immediately suspended, winnings forfeited, and the deposited amount returned in accordance with applicable law.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the k2gam Platform. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, household, device, IP address, CNIC, or payment method are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, k2gam reserves the right to close all accounts except the original, forfeit any bonus funds, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if it changes. k2gam will not be liable for any errors or service failures arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
k2gam applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. Verification documentation — which may include a copy of your Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — may be requested at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and may result in closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k2gam account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify k2gam support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. k2gam will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
k2gam accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, Retail Cash, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and k2gam reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time.
All transactions on the k2gam Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). k2gam does not apply currency conversion charges. However, your payment service provider (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, your bank) may apply their own fees or conversion rates, for which k2gam accepts no liability.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. k2gam will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. A fully completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. k2gam processes withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically within 15 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
k2gam is subject to anti-money laundering regulations as a condition of its international gaming licence. k2gam reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction it deems necessary to review. Transactions that cannot be satisfactorily explained may be refused and reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable AML obligations.
Depositing funds without the intention to wager ("bonus farming", "deposit cycling") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
k2gam offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits published with the applicable promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail for the purpose of that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only (or on the combined bonus-plus-deposit amount where specifically stated). Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., table games, live casino) may contribute at a reduced or zero rate toward clearing wagering requirements — the applicable rates are published in the relevant promotion's terms.
k2gam reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and void associated winnings where it is determined that a player has abused the bonus system, including through use of low-risk betting strategies (e.g., hedging, alternating bets between outcomes) designed to clear wagering requirements without meaningful risk. Such practices constitute a breach of these Terms.
k2gam reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players only and k2gam may limit bonus eligibility at its reasonable discretion.
All games and betting markets on the k2gam Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or wager, k2gam's records shall be the primary reference for resolution. k2gam uses certified, independently tested Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing/spinning and captured via video feed.
k2gam reserves the right to void any bet or game result in the event of:
In the event that odds or payouts are published in error, k2gam reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake. k2gam will not be liable for any losses or foregone winnings arising from such errors beyond the return of the original stake.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k2gam Platform. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
Where prohibited conduct is identified, k2gam may withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, k2gam is obligated to report the matter to applicable financial intelligence authorities under its AML obligations.
All content on the k2gam Platform, including but not limited to the k2gam brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and databases, is the intellectual property of k2gam or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content or software from the k2gam Platform without prior written authorisation from k2gam.
k2gam collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the k2gam Privacy Policy. k2gam processes personal data for the purposes of account management, payment processing, KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming enforcement, and service improvement. k2gam will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and game providers as necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with legal obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k2gam shall not be liable for:
k2gam's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject always to applicable law.

Any balance remaining in a closed account (where the closure is at the player's request and no breach of Terms is involved) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method within a reasonable time, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the k2gam Platform, please contact k2gam customer support via in-platform live chat in the first instance. k2gam aims to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through this process, it may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body under k2gam's international gaming licence in accordance with that body's dispute resolution procedures.
k2gam's decision on all game outcome disputes shall be final and binding where the dispute is not related to a manifest technical error. In all cases, k2gam's transaction and game logs shall constitute the primary evidential record.
k2gam reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, k2gam will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the registered address or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the k2gam Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k2gam holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedure described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
