You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own k2gam account credentials. k2gam will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

To exercise any of these rights, contact k2gam via the details in Section 15. k2gam will respond within 30 days of receiving a valid request. k2gam may ask you to verify your identity before processing a data request to prevent unauthorised disclosure.
Note that certain regulatory obligations — particularly AML record-keeping requirements imposed by k2gam's gaming licence — may limit k2gam's ability to immediately fulfil erasure or restriction requests. Where this is the case, k2gam will explain the specific legal basis for any limitation.
The k2gam Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years or older. k2gam does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. k2gam's registration process includes mandatory CNIC-based age verification to prevent underage access. If k2gam becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, that account will be immediately closed, the data will be deleted (subject only to any legal retention obligations), and any funds will be returned in accordance with applicable procedures.

The k2gam Platform may contain references to third-party services (for example, game software providers). k2gam is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. Any personal data you provide directly to a third-party service is subject to that party's own privacy policy. k2gam recommends reviewing the privacy notices of any third party whose services you use in connection with the Platform.
k2gam does not include third-party advertising networks or social media tracking pixels on the Platform. k2gam does not share your personal data with social media platforms for retargeting or audience matching purposes.
k2gam may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect how k2gam uses your personal data or your rights in relation to it — k2gam will provide notice to registered players via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent in-platform notification, at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Non-material changes (for example, clarifications, formatting improvements, or updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice but will always be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy. Continued use of the k2gam Platform following the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
