Wagering / Rollover Requirement
This is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. A 15x rollover on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to place bets totalling PKR 15,000 before cashing out.
Example: Receive PKR 5,000 bonus → 15x rollover → must wager PKR 75,000 total before withdrawal is unlocked.
Maximum Bet During Bonus Play
While you have an active bonus balance, k2gam limits individual bets to a maximum — typically PKR 250–500. Placing bets above this cap can void your bonus and any associated winnings.
Example: If the max bet cap is PKR 500 and you wager PKR 1,000 on a single spin, the bonus may be forfeited regardless of the outcome.
Game Contribution Rate
Not all games contribute equally to clearing a rollover. Slots typically count 100%, while live table games like baccarat or roulette may only count 10–20%. Check the bonus terms for a full game contribution table.
Example: PKR 1,000 wagered on slots = PKR 1,000 rollover progress. PKR 1,000 on blackjack at 10% = only PKR 100 rollover progress.
Bonus Expiry Window
All bonuses have a time limit. At k2gam, bonuses typically expire within 7, 14, or 30 days depending on the promotion. If the rollover isn't completed within that window, the bonus and any associated winnings are removed automatically.
Example: A welcome bonus credited on 1st January with a 14-day window must be fully rolled over by 15th January or it expires.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky bonus stays in your account as wagering-only funds — you can never withdraw the bonus amount itself, only the net winnings above it. A non-sticky bonus is deducted before withdrawal but your winnings remain yours fully once rollover is complete.
Example: PKR 1,000 sticky bonus + PKR 3,000 winnings → withdraw PKR 3,000 only (bonus removed). Non-sticky: bonus deducted first, remaining balance is withdrawable.
Maximum Cash-Out from Bonus
Some bonuses cap the total amount you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings. Even if you run a PKR 500 bonus up to PKR 50,000, the max cash-out clause may limit your actual withdrawal to, say, PKR 10,000.
Example: Free spin bonus with a PKR 5,000 max cash-out cap means winnings above PKR 5,000 from those spins are not withdrawable.
KYC Requirement Before Withdrawal
